Birthright Counseling St. Louis is a nonprofit organization which provides free and confidential professional counseling, as well as practical assistance to mothers facing an untimely pregnancy, offering positive alternatives to abortion.

The Friends of Birthright’s many and varied social activities fill the calendar year-round, providing our generous supporters an opportunity to come together and share in the success of Birthright. We’d love to see you!

Who is Birthright?

Birthright’s mission, is to provide free and confidential services to women and couples facing unplanned pregnancies. Some of these services include pregnancy testing, positive & caring support, and practical personalized assistance.
